14-day refund on your first purchase

If you are not happy, you can get a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, as long as the credits from that purchase are unused. This applies to Starter, Monthly, Yearly and Story Pack purchases.

What is not refunded

• Credits that have already been used to create audio.
• Renewal payments, unless the law requires otherwise or you were charged in error. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
• Unused credits forfeited when you delete your account.

Failed stories

If a story fails to generate, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days, with your order number if you have it. Because Paddle is our merchant of record, refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

Canceling

You can cancel any subscription anytime from Account. You keep access until the end of the paid period; partial-period refunds are not given except as above.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live.
